The Gardeners is a choreographic inquiry of over-identification; set between three people who experience themselves and the world only through the lens of their chosen role - as gardeners.  We entangle ourselves in the world of ‘real, fake-real’, colliding unusual elements, gardening manufactured environments, absurdly relating to the natural environment and characterising the quintessential garden dream.

I acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands and sea on which I live, work and create. I pay my respects to all First Nations peoples and their elders past, present and future. I recognise and honour their unique connection to place, community and movement. Sovereignty was never ceded.
